I work with people who want or need to bring crucial, strategic and purposeful change from within. I believe every person has an inner artist. That inner artist helps them connect to their purpose, to get them and their teams unstuck, to create new solutions, and even to dissolve conflicts.
In my organisational design work, I use coaching, facilitation and improv theatre techniques and games to help people discover new points of view, new ways of doing things, and new ways of being a team.
